Lincoln Mining Corporation advocates high standards for its employees and the Board assumes responsibility for the ethical and accountable management of the Company for the protection of its shareholders' interests.

The Board currently consists of seven Directors, five of whom are considered independent of management. The corporate governance guidelines of the Company are consistent with regulatory requirements and best practices for the protection of the Company’s shareholders' interests. Specific Charters for the Code of Conduct, Committee Charters and other corporate governance policies have been developed that set out their roles and responsibilities.  The Board reviews its Corporate Governance Policies to ensure the charters are kept current with regulatory requirements and to ensure the guidelines are clear and that standards of conduct are maintained.
