Paul F. Saxton, President, CEO and Director
Mr. Saxton is the President, CEO and Director of Lincoln Mining Corporation and has been active in the mining industry since 1969, holding various positions including mining engineer, mine superintendent, President and CEO of numerous Canadian mining companies. Jeffrey  L. Wilson, Vice President Exploration
Mr. Wilson brings to Lincoln Mining over 30 years of professional exploration experience in the United States, Mexico and Central America with emphasis on gold. He served as Director of Exploration for Echo Bay Exploration Inc. for 11 years, first in the western U.S. and later in Mexico and Central America. He earlier served as Exploration Manager, Western U.S., with Tenneco Minerals Company, working mostly in Nevada. Mr. Wilson earned his MSc. in Geology from the University of Southern California.

Micheal Attaway, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President Operations
Mr. Attaway, a Mining Engineer, brings with him over 30 years industry experience and also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Mr. Attaway has a solid track record in mine development and construction startups and most recently served as project manager for Quadra Mining’s Sierra Gorda copper-molybdenum project in northern Chile. He was also Vice President, Operations for Viceory Resource Corp. and was responsible for the startup and operation of the Castle Mountain open pit gold mine.

Emmet McGrath, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. McGrath, a Chartered Accountant, is a respected business advisor with over 30 years of experience in public accounting and private industry. He was a partner with KPMG from 1981 to 2002, is currently Chief Financial Officer for Lincoln Mining Corporation and sits on the Board of Directors of a number of organizations including Westminster Savings Credit Union (Past Chair), Central 1 Credit Union, Bard Ventures Ltd., Uex Corporation and Burnstone Ventures Inc. Mr. McGrath has a strong understanding of regulatory and financial reporting and has experience with audit committees both as the auditor and audit committee chair. Mr. McGrath is also a graduate of the ICD DEP program.   

Sabrina Jones, Vice President Corporate Affairs & Corporate Secretary
Ms. Jones has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and has held various accounting and administrative management positions in both public and private companies. She was previously Corporate Secretary for Rainy Mountain Capital Corp. and is currently a director of Rainy Mountain Royalty Corp., a TSX Venture listed company. Ms. Jones has served as Vice President Corporate Affairs for Lincoln Mining Corporation since August 2009 and as Corporate Secretary since October 2009.
