Lincoln Mining Announces Appointment Of New Directors

Vancouver, British Columbia – Lincoln Mining Corporation, TSX-V: LMG (“Lincoln” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Messrs. Robert Schafer and Kevin Nishi as directors of the Company.

Mr. Robert Schafer is currently the Executive Vice President of Business Development for global mining group, Hunter Dickinson Inc.  Mr. Schafer, a Registered Professional Geologist with advanced degrees in geology and mineral economics, has 35 years of experience, working internationally with major and junior mining companies. His experience includes implementation of successful exploration strategies, project reviews and valuations leading to acquisitions, and management of exploration teams.

Mr. Kevin Nishi is a Chartered Accountant and currently a partner with accounting firm Smythe Ratcliffe.  Mr.Nishi also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and his extensive background includes accounting and auditing for public companies and business valuations and litigation support work as a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV).

The Company believes the addition of these highly qualified independent directors to the board will significantly enhance the Company’s efforts to advance its exploration projects.
