Mr. Saxton has been President, CEO of the Company since August 2009. He has been active in the mining industry since 1969, holding various positions including mining engineer, mine superintendent, and president and CEO of numerous Canadian mining companies. Mr. Koo brings significant experience in financial reporting roles covering many industries including junior mining, building materials and high-tech. He is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia and started his career at a midsized accounting firm providing accounting, consulting, audit and tax services to publicly traded and private entities. Mr. Koo is a Partner at SHIM & Associates LLP.  Mr. Koo was appointed Chief Financial Officer in October 2024, to replace Mr. Dong Shim who became a director. 

Mr. Sawyer brings over 30 years of mining experience to the team in both mine management and administrative capacity. Mr. Sawyer is a professional mining engineer in Nevada with previous mine management experience with the Lundin Group and most recently held the position of Bureau Chief with the Nevada Bureau of Mining Regulation & Reclamation managing mine water pollution control and reclamation permitting program for the State of Nevada. Mr. Sawyer’s experience will be essential in leading the Company through the permitting process at the Pine Grove project and advancing the Bell Mountain project into production.

Paul Saxton is a mining engineer who also holds an MBA. He has been active in the mining industry since 1969, holding various positions including mining engineer, mine superintendent, President and CEO. Following 10 years with Cominco, Mr. Saxton became Vice President and then President of Mascot Gold Mines Ltd., initially working on the design and construction of the Nickel Plate mine in BC. and was instrumental in the re-opening of the mine. Subsequently he became a Vice-President of Corona Corporation, which took over Mascot. In 1989 Mr. Saxton was appointed Senior Vice President of Viceroy Resource Corporation where he was responsible for construction and operations of the Castle Mountain mine in California.  In 1994 he became President of Loki Gold Corporation and Baja Gold Inc, where he was responsible for bringing the Brewery Creek Gold mine into production. In 1995 he helped organize the merger of Viceroy, Baja and Loki into Viceroy Resource Corporation and became President of the new entity. Following his departure from Viceroy in 1998, Mr. Saxton became President of Standard Mining Corp., organizing the company and supervising its exploration activities until 2001, when Standard Mining Corp.  Since 2003 Mr. Saxton has been involved with Lincoln Gold Mining Inc. 

Mr. Coombes is an experienced entrepreneur and fundraiser and has been president of several public mining companies since 2005. He currently serves as President, CEO & Director of a TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) listed company.  With over 25 years of experience in mineral exploration, development and public company management, Mr. Coombes has raised significant funding in North America and internationally for various mining projects. He has also served as director and CEO of many junior mining and exploration companies listed on the TSXV. Mr. Coombes has been a Director of the Company since July 2013.

Mr. Shim is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia, and a Certified Public Accountant registered in the State of Illinois, United States. He has led a successful accounting and financial career in both the USA and Canada.  He brings a wealth of knowledge to the team with his expertise in auditing public traded junior mining companies and high-tech industries.  He is also President of Golden Tree Capital Corp. and SHIM & Associates LLP with a primary focus on business advisory, corporate consulting, and regulatory filings both in the United States and Canada. Mr. Shim several as Chief Financial Office of the Company from June 2020 to October 2024 and became a Director of the Company in October 2024.
