Lincoln Mining Update On Procon Transactions
November 7, 2012
Vancouver, British Columbia – Lincoln Mining Corporation, TSX-V: LMG ("Lincoln" or the "Company") announces that further to its news release of October 30, 2012 announcing shareholder approval of the financing transactions with Procon Mining and Tunnelling Ltd. ("Procon"), the Company has also received final approval of the transactions by the TSX Venture Exchange.
Closing of the Procon transactions remains subject to Lincoln and Procon advancing preparations for the filing of an application to obtain certain United States regulatory approvals in connection with Procon's investments in Lincoln. As a result, Lincoln expects closing to be delayed until later in November 2012. Closing of the related Bell Mountain acquisition (see Lincoln news release dated September 5, 2012) will be deferred until the Procon transactions have completed.
Lincoln will provide a further update on the Procon and Bell Mountain transactions over the next two weeks.
