(“Lincoln” or the “Company”) (TSXV: LMG) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Dong Shim , effective June 3, 2020, as Chief Financial Officer to replace Mr. Eugene Beukman, subject to the approval of the applicable regulatory authorities. Mr. Beukman has resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer and the Board would like to thank him for his contributions and wish him much success in future endeavours.
Mr. Shim has led a successful accounting & finance career in both the US and Canada. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the team with his expertise in auditing publicly-traded junior mining companies and high-tech industries. Mr. Shim is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia and a Certified Public Accountant registered in the State of Illinois, United States. He is also President of Golden Tree Capital Corp. and SHIM Accounting Corporation with a primary focus on business advisory, corporate consulting and regulatory filings both in the United States and Canada.
