- Bell Mountain is a fully permitted, advanced-stage project with a detailed mining plan for a cost-effective, open-pit heap leach operation.
- Exploration includes 297 drill holes for a total of 62,303 feet of drilling and a detailed NI 43-101.
- The project consists of 180 claims, encompassing approx. 1,463 hectares (3,616 acres) of mineral rights. Near-term gold-silver production is pending construction funding.
- Lincoln completed a NI 43-101 Technical Report on the Bell Mountain Project, Updated Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA). - Pine Grove is an advanced-stage gold project with two gold deposits in the Pine Grove fault zone that is in the final stages of permitting for an open-pit heap leach operation.
- Discovered in 1866, the property produced 240,000 ounces gold until 1887. Mined high-grade with average > 1 opt gold only down to 160 ft – 180 ft.
- Exploration includes 280 drill holes with 94,380 ft. with a detailed NI 43-101 technical report.
- Resource estimate gold equivalent: 210,962 ounces measured and indicated and Project has one of the highest open pit mineable reserve gold grades in Nevada at 1.23 g/t.
- Permitting will be ongoing in 2025 with anticipated full permitting within the next 12-18 months.
- The technical report states that the project has significant exploration potential beyond current resources.
- Ten drill targets have been identified on the 7 square mile property.
- Only 25% of the property has been explored.
