Lincoln Gold Corp. has an impressive portfolio of gold projects in Nevada and Mexico. Lincoln's management believes the chances of a world-class discovery are greatest in these areas.

Nevada is home to numerous world-class deposits and new world-class discoveries. According to the Nevada Division of Mines, Nevada mines produced 6.94 million ounces of gold in 2004, making it the worlds largest gold producer behind South Africa and Australia. The "Silver State" also led the United States in silver production with 10.3 million ounces produced in 2004. The most recent world-class discovery is the 7.5 million ounce Cortez Hills deposit discovered by the Cortez Joint Venture (Barrick Gold Corp./Kennecott Minerals Company). The Cortez Hills discovery, with its high-grade drill intercepts, may be a defining moment in Nevada mining history.

Lincoln's management also believes that Mexico offers an attractive place to explore for and develop mines. Mexico is mining friendly with tremendous potential for new discoveries. The Company has acquired a large gold-silver property, La Bufa, in the Sierra Madre Occidental trend. This north-south mineral trend encompasses numerous gold-silver deposits that are undergoing development to include Mulatos, Dolores, Ocampo, and El Sauzal.

Lincoln Gold Corp. is well positioned in Nevada and Mexico with its team of experienced geologists, mining engineers, and mining executives with proven track records in gold discovery, development and production.

All of the Company's projects are at the exploration stage.
