Paul F. Saxton, President, CEO and Director
Mr. Saxton is the President, CEO and Director of Lincoln Mining Corporation and has been active in the mining industry since 1969, holding various positions including mining engineer, mine superintendent, President and CEO of numerous Canadian mining companies. Joseph Sawyer, President of the Company’s US Subsidiaries Lincoln Resource Group Corp. and Lincoln Gold US Corp. 
Mr. Sawyer brings over 30 years of mining experience to the team in both a mine management and administrative capacity. Mr. Sawyer is a professional mining engineer in Nevada with previous mine management experience with the Lundin Group and most recently held the position of Bureau Chief with the Nevada Bureau of Mining Regulations and Reclamation. Mr. Sawyer’s experience will be essential in leading the Company through the permitting process.

Nicholas Koo, CPA, CA – Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Koo brings significant experience in financial reporting roles covering many industries including junior mining, building materials and high-tech. He is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia and started his career at a midsized accounting firm providing accounting, consulting, audit and tax services to publicly traded and private entities. Mr. Koo is a Partner at SHIM & Associates LLP.
